Files are delivered digitally within 24-72 hours after your session, depending on the scope of your project. Need faster turnaround? We offer rush delivery options.
You're welcome to arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled time to get comfortable and review your setup. Extended setup time can be arranged in advance.
If the space is available after your session, you can extend the spot. Additional hourly rates apply.
We understand plans change. Just reach out at least 48 hours before your session to reschedule or cancel without a fee. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge.
For comfort and safety, we recommend up to 6 people in the studio at once, but we can accommodate much larger teams with prior notice.
Yes! Our production team can bring the Grove experience to your location, perfect for events, brand shoots, and remote podcast recordings.
Every booking comes with a dedicated studio space, use of in-house gear, a studio assistant, and basic setup support. Additional creative or technical services can be added.
Absolutely. We can expand your setup with additional gear and operators, just let us know in advance so we can have everything ready.
